Henry has been practising as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) for several years both within the NHS primary care service and private service. Henry works for a local NHS Trust as a Senior CBT Therapist and supervisor for Trainees and other CBT practitioners.
Henry has broad experience of working with a range of psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, health anxiety, Post-Traumatic disorders and OCD.

Henry studied and attained his qualification at University of Essex and studied for his nursing Diploma in Cambridge at the then Anglia Polytechnic University. Henry's core profession is in Nursing as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and has attained years of extensive experience in different fields of this branch of nursing within the NHS organisations. He worked in adult acute mental health services, low secure unit, maximum prison setting where he worked with individuals meeting the diagnosis of dangerous and severe personality disorders (DSPD), and in the community as an Alcohol Senior Specialist nurse.
